3. Payments & Refunds

All software, content, designs, and workflows within Workforce Recon are the property of Workforce Recon Inc., unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Clients are responsible for securing their access and usage of the platform.
We are not liable for data breaches resulting from client-side negligence or insecure third-party integrations.

Workforce Recon Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the six (6) months preceding a claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Virginia.
